Hi, I’m Chris and I love to laugh. I enjoy playing piano in my spare time and finding moments of peace in music. I’m a faith-based family man who believes in integrity, hard work, and serving others with honesty.

Whether I’m solving problems in business or spending time with my wife and our five children here in Virginia, I try to approach every day with gratitude and a positive spirit

Our Story

Our journey into land began while we were searching for 10 acres to build our custom home and create space for our two horses. What should have been a joyful, exciting step for our family turned into a long, frustrating process filled with unclear listings, unresponsive sellers, and land that never matched what was promised. It opened our eyes to how challenging it can be for everyday people to navigate land in Virginia.

After experiencing those difficulties firsthand, we realized there was a real need for honesty, clarity, and genuine support in the land market. That’s when we felt called to step in. What started as our personal search soon grew into a mission to help others — providing real solutions, fair guidance, and a simpler way for landowners to move forward. Our experience didn’t just inspire our business; it shaped our commitment to doing things the right way, with integrity and care.
